About Me

Alright, let's do this one last time. My name is Wes, and I'm a 22-year-old illustrator from Philly! With a specialization in character design as well as sequential arts, I snagged my BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art! I've also received a nomination for the Will Eisner Scholar Award, specifically for my comic work. I'm cooking a graphic novel of my own as well! More info on that soon... so stay tuned!

But like you, I enjoy more than just drawing! My other interests include distance running, cryptids/conspiracies, horror movies, trying to learn new instruments, giving up shortly after trying to learn new instruments, fashion, true crime, and anything involving strange animals!

The things I like all tend to trickle into my work, bringing with them elements of the bizarre and surreal. Strange as it is, my art acts as a much-needed break from the monotony of life, and the subjects are always unpredictable!
